This project was installed at a site during daylight hours for one week only, due to weather conditions. The work was motivated by the prohibition of floating balloons in central Seoul. By floating balloons defined as ‘being an art object’, this project takes issue with social norms, traditions and regulations that we accept unquestioningly.
