Image Unidentified
  February - April 2008

In this project a performance took place in which an anonymous image was fly-posted in various public places.
This strategy introduces elements of time and chance to the work. The image of a plant portrayed in the poster
has an ambiguous status; the image was taken from 18th Century European illustrations and 16th Century Korean illustration. About 100 posters were fly-posted randomly on available sites, such as street walls, hoardings, or abandoned buildings. The event took place in the East, South-East and Central London between February and April 2008. Each poster had its own time span, the length and duration of which was beyond the control of the artist.
