A helium balloon is installed over Central Seoul during daylight hours for one week. The piece is led by the prohibition of floating balloons in the area due to its short distance from the Blue House and a number of government buildings nearby. By installing a balloon defined as an ‘art object’ the project discusses social norms, traditions and regulations that we accept unquestioningly.
