Over the course of a month, the artist gradually delivered stolen flower pots to Samcheong Police Station. The flower pots increased in number until they ‘decorated’ the front wall of the Police Station.

The project transforms the Police Station into a 24-hour gallery, in which the viewer is invited to walk around and Policemen provide a guided tour if time allows. The work, in which the Police Station was a willing institutional participant, questions the boundary between artwork and misdemeanor. As well as looking at the role of art, art objects and their relation to social power.
